Woman's Survival
This lesson is to teach girls and women how to protect themselves in a variety of all too real situations women face today: sexual harassment, sexual assault and domestic violence.

We'll take you step-by-step through this two-day lesson and demonstrate each technique you'll need to know, along with a few important lectures to make you a "hard target".

One of the most important aspects of this course is safely experiencing Conflict Scenarios that prepare you emotionally and physically for a real conflict.

Reservation
The woman's survival is a weekend course with aprox. 8 hours training and 1 hour lunch break each day. Price is EUR 200,- (incl. 19% VAT).
